In 1995 she began a retail career at David Jones Ltd in various departments including Counter Manager in Fine Fragrances/Cosmetics and Music, Books & Stationery. Her career progressed to NSW Sales Representative for a Book Distribution & Publishing company which involved management of over 200 retail accounts. She has also held store management positions for national fashion retail chains.
