Merle
Klug Director and founder of Spin Personnel has tertiary qualifications
in Human Resources Management (HDPM, Graduate School of Business,
University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa 1982) and a Bachelor
of Arts in Psychology (University of the Witwatersrand 1980).
Merle began her HR career working for 3 years, in-house, as
Training and Recruitment officer for a large Retail Department
Store chain - Garlicks Pty Ltd, South Africa. Her experience
placed her well to begin her own recruitment agency in Sydney,
Australia in 1990. Initially specialising in Retail and Fashion
recruitment the agency has gone on to increase its market share
across industries such as Finance, Sales and executive corporate
roles.
